Project Outline
The goal was to review, audit and report on the UX of a B2B Network processing platform. The company is a start up with a list of impressive clients already using their platform to streamline complex communication necessities from shipping container tracking to sandwich ordering.
The project was quite short but the value was clear, they could now integrate UX methods while building a complicated platform.
